New Mexico has been found to have the highest rate of injury deaths in the United States

New Mexico has been found to have the highest rate of injury deaths in the United States in the linked report released recently by the Trust for America’s Health (TFAH) and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). While this is obviously not a designation we want for our State, it does provide strong incentive to continue working collectively to do something about it. The efforts of the Valencia Resiliency Corps are a start, but need to be expanded across the State; and need to receive the resources necessary to actively combat this problem.
